William J. Lieberman - Mr. Lieberman is Chief Executive Officer at the Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors.  Mr. Lieberman is responsible for overall management of the firm. Prior to founding Xtiva, Mr. Lieberman was Vice President and CFO at CMR Technologies.  Before CMR, Mr. Lieberman spent 3 years at Bankers Trust New York as an Associate in Technology and Corporate Finance/M&A.

 

James E. Iacabucci - Mr. Iacabucci is a Founder of the Company and a member of the Board of Directors.  Mr. Iacabucci is currently retained by the Company to consult on technology strategy, architecture and design for new and existing applications.  He is currently Chief Operating Officer for BroadWebAsia, Incorporated, an operator of Chinese social websites with over 30 million visitors per month. Prior to BroadWebAsia, Mr. Iacabucci served as Managing Director of Voltage Capital where he was responsible for merchant banking operations. Prior to founding Xtiva, Mr. Iacabucci was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at CMR Technologies, a software firm specializing in applications for the financial services industry. Prior to CMR, Mr. Iacabucci spent 3 years at Bankers Trust New York as a member of the development team developing software applications for the investment banking department.

 

Bill Campbell – Mr. Campbell is founder and head of Marbill Management, a private investment management firm based in San Francisco.  Prior to starting Marbill, Mr. Campbell was president of the Administrative Solutions Group (ASG), a $250MM (revenues) unit of Automatic Data Processing (ADP).  Prior to his position at ASG, Mr. Campbell was responsible for ADP’s Client/Server businesses where he focused the firm on expanding opportunities on the Internet as well as Business Process Outsourcing.  Prior to ADP, he founded the Application Group in 1977 and built that firm to $35MM in revenues and then subsequently split the business into two parts which were sold to ADP and the Registry.

 

Costa John – Mr. John is currently Chief Financial Officer of WorldGroup Consulting, Inc., a $20 million insurance software firm. Prior to joining WorldGroup, he was Chief Operating Officer of Mediaplex, an on-line media services business that was subsequently sold to ValueClick, Inc. During his tenure at Mediaplex, Mr. John implemented a company-wide restructure that reduced annual operating expenses from $47 million to $33 million in two quarters. He initiated a right-sizing of Mediaplex's AdWare subsidiary that restored the business unit to profitability within 60 days of implementation.  Mr. John previously served as Chief Executive Officer of IMSI, Inc., a publicly-traded internet software company where he restructured the company to avert imminent bankruptcy. He served as a Consulting Partner, managing 70 staff members, at Grant Thornton, a multinational accounting firm. Mr. John received his PhD in Business Administration from California Coast University; Master of Commerce (Finance), Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.

 

Michele McGovern - CEO of Iris Financial Solutions, Michele brings 20 years of experience in financial services technology executive and sales management, product development, marketing and finance. Prior to joining Iris, Ms. McGovern founded and served as managing partner of Ferous, a business acceleration firm that provides sales, business development and marketing services to emerging financial technology companies. She was president and CEO of Argenesis, a subsidiary of publicly traded TenFold Corporation, which delivered enterprise-scale technology solutions to the world's leading securities firms, including trading, institutional billing, securities lending and wealth management. She was also founder and president of McGovern Group, a financial services technology consulting firm that served the United States' largest asset managers and banks. Michele continues as board member and advisor to Ferous.
