Our progressive benefits package attracts the best and brightest, and also ensures the well being of our employees. Regular full-time employees are generally eligible for all benefits described below, which means you must work at least 30 hours per week. Part-time employees who work less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for benefits.

401(k) Plan
Xtiva offers all full-time employees the choice to enroll in our 401(k) program with Qualified Plan Consultants (CPI) along with Merrill Lynch. Eligibility begins on the first day of the following month of the date of hire pending completion of all paperwork. The plan allows employees to designate a monthly contribution and have it automatically deducted from their paycheck pre-tax. The amount deducted may be invested in a number of investment options within the plan (stocks, mutual funds, money markets, etc). Employees' contributions and earnings from their 401(k) plan are transferable upon leaving the company.

Stock Options
Xtiva management firmly believes that all employees should have an ownership interest in the firm that we have built together. Accordingly, every employee receives a portion of stock options upon hire. More importantly, each employee has the opportunity to earn additional options throughout their tenure according to their individual performance. All options are Non-Qualified Stock Options.

Annual Bonuses
Xtiva employs a pay-for-performance incentive system with specific guidelines that are established for each job function. An employees' manager will evaluate their goals and objectives on a quarterly basis and use these appraisals to make recommendations for annual bonuses (either stock options or cash, or both).

Paid Leave
All employees receive paid time off for vacations, illness, and personal business, in addition to 10 Company-paid holidays per year.

Health & Dental Insurance
Xtiva has a wide range of health insurance providers and plans. Each employee is eligible for full medical coverage under the best plan to suit the needs of each individual. Xtiva pays for 80% of the total premium for each employee. Employees can also elect to pay for family - spousal coverage and pay these premiums using pre-tax dollars. We provide dental insurance coverage through Aetna, Delta Dental and MetLife.

Vision Insurance
We currently have one of the best vision plans available through Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Often referred to as Health Care or Dependent Day Care spending accounts – help you pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses that your insurance plans don’t cover. You determine what your expenses for the year might be and then set aside a portion of each paycheck into a special FSA account. When the eligible expenses come up, you pay them – then submit the documentation for reimbursement.

Employee Referral Program
Xtiva encourages our employees to look for other great employees and will pay a bonus of $2,000 for any successful hire. The bonus is paid in two installments: the first installment of $1,000 is paid at the end of the new employee's first month, and the second $1,000 is paid 3 months thereafter.

Educational Assistance is a contributing factor to Xtiva Financial Systems’ competitive edge. It allows Xtiva Financial Systems Team Members the opportunity to continue their personal growth - one of our core values. Additionally, Educational Assistance helps Xtiva Financial Systems to attract and retain Team Members by supporting their educational efforts to grow within their professional careers as it relates to the Team Member’s current or future potential position at Xtiva Financial Systems.

Life/AD&D Insurance
Xtiva offers Group Term Life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to you.

Group Term Life Insurance
If you die while you are covered for group term life benefits, MetLife will pay to the beneficiary the amount of Group Term Life benefits that is in effect on your life on the date of your death.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
AD&D provides coverage for death or dismemberment resulting directly from accidental causes. AD&D provides benefits in the event of loss of life, limbs or eyesight as the result of an accident. If you die as a result of an accident, your beneficiaries will receive the full amount of coverage. If you lose a limb or use of a body part, you may be paid anywhere from 25-100% of your coverage amount depending on your injuries.

Group STD and LTD
The benefit replaces income if you’re sick or injured and cannot work. In the short term, this benefit can last up to 26 weeks. In the long term, this benefit can last up to age 65.

Group STD and LTD is provided at no cost.

Commuter Benefits
We offer commuter benefits through WageWorks, an optional program that can save you up to 40% on vanpools, public transit, and parking costs.

Additional
We also offer several other benefits, including: jury duty leave, family and medical leave, workers' compensation, direct deposit, annual reviews, and payroll direct deposit.
