Xtiva began operations in 1995 as part of a multi-divisional financial services firm. Following the release of our flagship application, Commission Manager, to a retail independent contractor brokerage firm in 1996, the brokerage industry quickly recognized Xtiva as a leading-edge provider of enterprise compensation systems. Throughout the late 90’s Xtiva partnered with many of the major clearing firms, back office providers and industry data consolidation sources to provide seamless integration for our customers and provided a more efficient way to sell and market our solution set. We quickly expanded into servicing virtually all types of broker-dealers, including sell-side institutional brokerage, expanded our product offering to include additional modules for back-office and front office users and added an office in New York specifically to support and to sell to our growing client base. In June 2001, Xtiva raised significant outside capital for the first time, allowing us to launch an ASP version of our product suite, increasing the benefits of the Xtiva service offering for our clients.

Since then Xtiva has seen a significant increase in clients and that growth led to Xtiva being named as one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies. We have delivered solutions for correspondent billing and general agency insurance compensation and today have more than 100 customers and 50,000 payees on our compensation platform.
