Mr. Lieberman is Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Co-Founder.  He is responsible for overall management and strategy development for the Company.  Under Mr. Lieberman’s leadership, Xtiva made Inc. 500 Magazine’s coveted list of the 500 Fastest Growing Firms in 2004 and the list of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Firms in the Bay Area in 2005.


Prior to co-founding Xtiva, Mr. Lieberman was Vice President and CFO at CMR Technologies, a software development firm specializing in products for investment management and other financial services firms.  Before CMR, Mr. Lieberman spent three years at Bankers Trust New York as an Associate in Technology and Corporate Finance / M&A.


Mr. Lieberman received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from U.C. San Diego.  He also received his M.B.A. and M.S. Computer Science from UCLA.

   

Mr. Moysak is Executive Vice President, running Sales and Business Development for Xtiva.  Prior to joining Xtiva in July, 1999, he was CEO and Co-Founder of Northeast Securities, Inc., a 200-broker independent securities firm clearing through Bear Stearns Securities Corp.  In addition to retail and institutional brokerage, Northeast Securities acts as underwriter and placement agent for various companies.


Mr. Moysak graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A.

   

Mr. Schreitmueller is Vice President of Operations at Xtiva.  In this role he is responsible for all aspects of client support and service including data center operations, client management and support and internal IT.


Mr. Schreitmueller brings a unique mix of consultative sales, product management, operations, and marketing experience to Xtiva.  During his 12 tenure at ADP he provided back office, trading, investor communications and front-office market data and research services to investment firms and clearing firms in the US and Hong Kong.  He's sold and/or implemented complex systems for E*TRADE, MetLife Securities, Discover Brokerage Direct, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Online, National Discount Brokers, and others.  Most recently, he led the build-out of a national service scheduling network for residential service businesses for MyHomeKey, a B2C/B2B portal for homeowners as Vice President of Service Relationships & Operations and provided business integration consulting to ADP for E*TRADE Group.


Mr. Schreitmueller received his BA from University of Michigan.

   

Ms. Channell is Vice President of Professional Services at Xtiva.  Ms. Channell is solely responsible for managing all aspects of client implementations, from business analysis to client application training.

 

As an experienced project manager who worked on managing implementation projects within the financial services industry, she brings 13 years of application development experience to Xtiva.  Ms. Channell successfully converted clients onto a back-office data repository utilizing a full suite of applications ranging from a Bloomberg trading system interface to correspondent billing (i.e. Billing Manager) to a general ledger.  She also managed the development of a back-office data warehouse product and the integration of its source and target systems.


Ms. Channell earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University. 

   

Mr. Peterson is Vice President of Technology, which includes direct management oversight for product development, QA, release management, data center operations, and IT support.  Mr. Peterson has over 20 years experience in management of software development teams and has extensive experience in development of highly scalable application platforms.  He has worked in senior management positions at IBM, Platinum Technology, Siebel Systems and Callidus Software.


Mr. Peterson received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and his MBA from the University of San Francisco.

   

Rick is responsible for managing the Sales team and all revenues from Xtiva’s existing client base.  He comes most recently from NASDAQ, where he spent the last 2 years building and integrating five independent sales teams, guiding his organization to single largest revenue and gross profit increase in company history, all while reducing staff turnover and doubling the average sales representatives’ closing results.  Rick also spent 8 years at Thomson Financial and had the title of SVP of Global Sales, Marketing & Service where his responsibilities included: developing, managing, and guiding a team of 28 sales executives and account managers in all sales activities for the complete ThomsonONE suite of content, tools and services.
