Pegeen Channell
Vice President
Professional Services & Engineering

As head of Professional Services and Engineering, Ms. Channell’s charter is to ensure our engineering team successfully delivers on the software development lifecycle as well as leading our implementation team to provide the high value services that help clients achieve superior value and expand their use of Xtiva solutions. Her responsibilities include Product Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Enablement, Training, and Consulting Services.Ms. Channell has more than 20 years of experience leading client services organizations. Prior to joining Xtiva, she was VP of Product Management at Citigroup, where she was responsible for requirements across four product tracks. Previously, she was Managing Director of Products and Services at Uptick Technologies.

Ms. Channell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University.

James Iacabucci
Chief Architect
Co-Founder

Mr. Iacabucci is a co-founder of Xtiva and a key architect of Xtiva’s product line. Mr. Iacabucci has spent over 25 years developing enterprise line of business applications in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Xtiva, Mr. Iacabucci worked at Bankers Trust New York and HSBC developing investment banking, corporate finance and real-time trading applications.

Mr. Iacabucci graduated from University of California, San Diego with Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

Rob Kenig
Vice President
Technical Operations & Support

As head of Technical Operations & Support, Mr. Kenig is responsible for managing all Xtiva’s IT infrastructure,  operational, client and product support functions including data center operations, telecommunications, Tier 1 (client) support , Tier 2 (product) support, customer provisioning, software implementation, data services, security, and strategy. Mr. Kenig is responsible for ensuring Xtiva has an adaptive, service ready (secure, stable, scalable) technology infrastructure portfolio that serves and anticipates business needs.

Mr. Kenig has more than 19 years of experience leading IT Infrastructure & Operations in highly regulated environments. Prior to joining Xtiva, he was Sr. Director IT for Teva Pharmaceuticals where he managed IT Infrastructure & Operations for the Americas and was responsible for the operational infrastructure that delivered over $15 billion in revenue. Previously, Mr. Kenig spent 10 years as Director Technology Operations at Thomson Reuters.

Mr. Kenig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Grantham University.

William Lieberman
Chief Financial Officer
Chairman
and Co-Founder

Mr. Lieberman currently is responsible for all finance and administrative functions within the firm including legal, real estate, human resources, vendor management / procurement, and MIS. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lieberman was Chief Executive Officer for Xtiva from 1998 through 2010, leading the team from inception to over $10 million in annual revenues. Prior to forming Xtiva, Mr. Lieberman was Vice President of Finance and Operations at CMR Technologies, a boutique technology firm based in San Francisco. Mr. Lieberman started his career as a Technology Associate at Bankers Trust New York.

Mr. Lieberman received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from U.C. San Diego, his Master of Business Administration from Anderson at UCLA and his Master of Computer Science from UCLA.

Thomas Moysak
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Moysak has over 20 years of brokerage management, operations and technology experience. Mr. Moysak started his career as a co-founder and President of Northeast Securities, a fully-disclosed broker-dealer based on Long Island, New York. While serving in that role, Mr. Moysak retained the services of Messrs. Iacabucci and Lieberman to develop the first version of Commission Manager. He subsequently became one of the seed investors of Xtiva and joined the Company on a full-time basis in 1999. During his tenure, Mr. Moysak has been responsible for both the Sales and Client Services organizations at Xtiva.

In July 2010, he was appointed to the Board of Directors and became Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Moysak graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.

Rick Scearbo
Vice President
Sales, Marketing & Services

Mr. Scearbo leads Xtiva’s Sales, Marketing and Client Services activities and is a key architect of Xtiva’s rapid sales growth. A software sales veteran, Mr. Scearbo spent over 22 years in a variety of sales and operations leadership roles at several fortune 1000 companies. Prior to joining Xtiva, Mr. Scearbo was VP of Sales at NASDAQ, where he managed a global sales team focused product sales within NASDAQ’s listed firms. Prior to NASDAQ, he developed his sales and operational experience at Thomson Financial, Fidelity investments and Putnam Investments, where he built and managed direct, inside, and channel sales organizations as well as managing software development, project and service teams .

Mr. Scearbo graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Glen Schreitmueller
Vice President
Product Management & Strategy

As head of product management and strategy, Mr. Schreitmueller is responsible for aligning Xtiva’s products and services with a 360 degree customer perspective in each element of our solutions for our target markets. He is responsible for market strategy and product management to ensure we deliver best-in-class services for our clients and stakeholders. Mr. Schreitmueller brings a unique combination of financial services industry sales, marketing, product management, operations, and web business experience to the Xtiva team. Prior to Xtiva, Glen spent 12 years in sales and product management at ADP (now Broadridge) in the US and Asia, built a large home services network and portal at MyHomeKey, in cooperation with several leading energy companies.

Mr. Schreitmueller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
